Three rows of half inch elastic can be pulled to lay perfectly around your legs. these can be worn thigh-high or lower depending on your sizing. Works perfectly with all sorts of socks, and even over light tights with a pair of knit thigh highs over them for colder weather. Front and back have clips.

S/M: Best fits 15 - 19 inches circumference
M/L: Best fits 18-22 inches circumference

Fit Notes:
For the best look, wear with over the knee highs, and let the garter place themselves on your leg wherever they feel the least strain. Lower thigh is the most common placement, as well as calves.
